Crystal Clear was founded to fill a gap in the real estate industry — one created by poor communication, hidden fine print, and overall client dissatisfaction.

We experienced this ourselves when we first got into real estate almost a decade ago. After slowly but surely building our own real estate portfolio in and around Austin, we realized there wasn't a property management company we could count on, consistently.

Luckily enough, we had originally built these systems just for our own properties. So after speaking with clients, friends and family, we saw that it wasn't just us — and we founded Crystal Clear to scale what we had built and impact many more lives.
